Tics often come and go and can get worse when a person is stressed or anxious. It's perfectly normal to worry that a tic may never go away. Fortunately, that's not usually the case. Most tics are temporary. They tend to not last more than 3 months at a time. Many times, people with a tic can think that their tic is the worst one ever. Of course it isn't, but it's still a concern for many people with tics. And those worries can cause unnecessary feelings of embarrassment and actually make the tic worse. Nobody wants to make tics worse, but is there any way to make them better? While you can't cure tics, you can take some easy steps to lessen their impact: Don't focus on it. If you know you have a tic, forget about it. Concentrating on it just makes it worse. Try to avoid stress-filled situations as much as you can — stress only makes tics worse. Get enough sleep. Being tired can makes tics worse. So make sure to get a full night's rest! Let it out! Holding back a tic can just turn it into a ticking bomb, waiting to explode. Have you ever felt a cough coming on and tried to avoid it? Didn't work out so well, did it? Chances are it was much worse. Tics are very similar. A tic? What tic? If a friend of yours has a tic, don't call attention to it. Chances are your friend knows the tic is there. Pointing it out only makes the person think about it more.

Sara’s grandmother had given it to her on her 10th birthday, and it had become her most treasured possession. She always wore it, feeling close to her grandmother even when they were far apart. 2. At school, during the morning break, Sara felt a small tug at her chest. Her necklace was gone! She gasped and quickly patted her neck, hoping it was just hidden under her shirt. But no, it wasn't there. Panic set in. Sara ran to her bag and frantically rummaged through it, her fingers trembling. It wasn't there either. She checked the corners of her desk, the floor, and even under the books stacked neatly on top of her papers. Then, with a sinking feeling, she dashed out to the playground. She felt helpless, as if a part of her had disappeared with the necklace. Taking a deep breath, Sara went to her teacher, Ms. Fatimah, who was supervising the students. Ms. Fatimah noticed Sara’s worried face right away. “Sara, what’s wrong?” she asked kindly. “I...I’ve lost my necklace,” Sara said, her voice barely above a whisper. “It was my grandmother’s.” Ms. Fatimah smiled gently and put a hand on Sara’s shoulder. “Don't worry, Sara. We'll find it. Let’s ask your friends for help.”

5 years ago Mahua heard a small baby calling Mummy, but she couldn't understand where the voice was coming from. She asked her bro & sister in law but they also couldn't see where the voice was coming from. Even Didi couldn’t see where the sound was coming from. Mahua then asked Jaja, Juju & Deeda if they could hear the voice. Then Jaja & Juju mentioned that the sound is coming from a place little far from here, called Khed Gaon. Jaja said, in Khed Gaon we have to go to a place called Mukti Mission where there is a small 4 Month baby calling you. Then Jaja & Mahua quickly sat in the Mercedes, drove to this place & there we followed the sound & saw a little bundle of cuteness calling out & searching for her Mummy with her big eyes with her two fingers in her mouth. Mahua then picked up that small bundle & they both looked at each other & they both smiled at each other & that small little girl was Aadya. & that’s how Mahua became Mummy to Aadya & both of them live happily ever after.
