His tail is high in the air. A mole looks him direct in the eyes 7. As the mole saw Dookie it began running all around the yard. 8. Dookie starts to chase the mole, left and right, up and down until the he chased the mole out of the yard. 9. Dookie with his nose high returns to his house, proud and happy. 10. But, as the fog began to lift slowly, in front of himself Dookie noticed a dozen of mole hole, each with a mole on the top, looking at Dookie with defiance 11. A tic is an uncontrolled sudden, repetitive movement or sound that can be hard to control. Tics involving involve movements are called motor tics. Tics involving sounds are called vocal tics. Tics can be either simple or complex. The type of tics a person has may change over time. How often tics happen also may change. Tics often come and go and can get worse when a person is stressed or anxious. It's perfectly normal to worry that a tic may never go away. Fortunately, that's not usually the case. Most tics are temporary. They tend to not last more than 3 months at a time. Many times, people with a tic can think that their tic is the worst one ever. Of course it isn't, but it's still a concern for many people with tics. And those worries can cause unnecessary feelings of embarrassment and actually make the tic worse. Nobody wants to make tics worse, but is there any way to make them better? While you can't cure tics, you can take some easy steps to lessen their impact: Don't focus on it. If you know you have a tic, forget about it. Concentrating on it just makes it worse. Try to avoid stress-filled situations as much as you can — stress only makes tics worse. Get enough sleep. Being tired can makes tics worse. So make sure to get a full night's rest! Let it out! Holding back a tic can just turn it into a ticking bomb, waiting to explode. Have you ever felt a cough coming on and tried to avoid it? Didn't work out so well, did it? Chances are it was much worse. Tics are very similar. A tic? What tic? If a friend of yours has a tic, don't call attention to it. Chances are your friend knows the tic is there. Pointing it out only makes the person think about it more.

John Jr told Vasi that kindness was the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. John Jr and Vasi decided to go out and try to be kind to everything for the day. 3. They went for walk into town. John Jr decided to gather old books to donate to the Children's home. John Jr told Vasi to smile at everyone. They smiled and everyone smiled back. John Jr and Vasi took books to the Children's home and they recieved compliments for their kindness. That made John Jr and Vasi feel good inside. 2. John Jr and Vasi decided to go to store to pick up something to feed the birds and a snack for themselves. When they got to store, John Jr and Vasi held door open for people. As they was shopping they saw a family who had matching outfits on. John Jr gave them a compliment. The family smiled at John Jr and Vasi. 3. John Jr shared a quote by Mark Twain "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see". John Jr and Vasi tell each other how easy it is to be kind 4. John Jr and Vasi saw a mom with 5 young kids struggling to push two carts to her car. John Jr and Vasi go over and push the 2nd cart and help keep the kids safe. At the car, John Jr and Vasi helped to unload the carts. The momma was very appreciative and gave John Jr and Vasi some candy she had just bought. 5. John Jr and Vasi head home and give bird seed to the birds along the way. At home John Jr tells his parents about his goal to be the kindest person. His parents hugged him and said that was a wonderful goal.

He put all his toys in neat little rows, And folded his clothes, from head to toes. “Now I can find what I need with ease, No more stepping on Legos, no more bruised knees! My bed is so cozy, my floor is so clear, I can play and read without any fear.” Lucas was standing in his room like it was magically organized.
