The ruler of this enchanting realm was Queen Marina, a wise and benevolent mermaid with a shimmering tail that sparkled like the purest sapphire. Queen Marina had three daughters, each with their own unique gifts. On July 4, 1776, it was adopted unanimously by the 56 delegates to the Second Continental Congress, who convened at the Pennsylvania State House, later renamed Independence Hall, in the colonial era capital of Philadelphia. The Committee of Five, including John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert R. Livingston, and Roger Sherman, were the ones who had the most influential input into authoring the document. Thomas Jefferson actually wrote the original document the Second Continental Congress then did the editing. The signers of the Declaration of Independence are the nation's Founding Fathers. 3. John Jr explained how the Declaration explains to the world why the Thirteen Colonies regarded themselves as independent states no longer subject to British colonial rule. The Declaration justified the independence of the United States by listing 27 colonial grievances against King George III and by asserting certain natural and legal rights, including a right of revolution. 5. John Jr told Yuēhàn that The Declaration of Independence has proven an impactful statement on human rights, particularly its second sentence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." 6. Later that day, John Jr and Yuēhàn began their Independence Day celebrations with a family picnic. They night ended with a spectacular fireworks display.

Yes, I can reach the high leaves, but I can’t run as fast as you, Daisy. Daisy’s ears perked up. “But what’s the use of being fast if I can’t taste those delicious leaves?” George thought for a moment and then lowered his head to Daisy’s level. Why don’t we help each other? Daisy’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Oh, I’d love that!” she exclaimed. “Let’s be a team!” Daisy would meet George by the acacia tree. George would bend his long neck and pluck the juiciest, freshest leaves from the treetops. He would share them with Daisy, who would happily munch away, enjoying a treat she could never reach on her own. In return, Daisy showed George how to move more gracefully on the ground. “Step lightly,” she taught him. “Feel the ground under your hooves. Try to move like the wind – softly and swiftly.” George practiced every day. At first, he was a bit clumsy, but Daisy encouraged him. “You’re getting better!” she cheered. “Just keep trying!” “We’re helping each other,” Daisy replied proudly. “George is teaching me to reach new heights, and I’m helping him move gracefully.” From that day on, Daisy and George’s friendship grew even stronger, and soon other animals joined them. Scene 2 The friends entered the hot desert. Benny, Finn, and Sophie ran ahead while Toby walked slowly. Suddenly, the three stepped into soft, sinking sand. “It’s quicksand!” shouted Sophie, as they tried to escape but got stuck. Scene 3 Toby saw his friends in trouble and found a strong stick nearby. “Hold on!” Toby shouted as he reached the edge of the quicksand. He used the stick to pull them out, one by one. “Thank you, Toby!” said Finn. “You saved us!” Scene 4 After the quicksand, the friends worked as a team. Toby read the map, Sophie climbed dunes to guide the way, and Benny and Finn carried supplies. Together, they followed the clues carefully. Scene 5 Finally, they found the treasure chest just as the sun was setting. Its golden glow sparkled in the soft light. “We made it!” shouted Benny. Scene 6 Inside the chest, they found shiny gems and a note that said: Treasure is found when friends work together. “We couldn’t have done it without each other,” said Finn. Scene 7 “We all helped in our own way,” said Toby with a proud smile. From that day on, the friends knew that teamwork was the greatest treasure of all.
